For account help, a problem with the service or a privacy request, write in English or Bangla.

What to include

• Account or password help: write from the email address on your account.
• A problem with a reply or image: tell us roughly when it happened and what you asked. A screenshot helps.
• Privacy or account deletion: say what you would like us to do and we'll confirm when it's done.
• A shared page that exposes personal information or harmful content: use "Report this page" on that page, or email us the link.
